Elovl1 knockdown affects long chain fatty acid profiles in zebrafish embryos. Quantification of fatty acids from C14–C20 in control and embryos injected with a half dose (5 ng each) of both MOs at 5 dpf. Y-axis shows the amount of fatty acids per mg of tissue weight.
