Columns 4 and 5 show Dice scores per age group for rater 1 and 2, the average of these scores and the overlap between the two raters. See the boxplot notches for the statistical significance of differences between age groups and segmentation types (points in the boxplots whose distance to the box is more than 1.5 times the interquartile range are treated as outliers. The notches are constructed in such a way that non-overlapping notches indicate a significant difference in the medians (p < 0.05). Note that the ends of the boxes may appear inverted if the notches are wider than the box. Details about the calculation of the notch extents are given in the documentation for the boxplot.stats function in R (http://www.r-project.org/)).
