Article title: Dysregulation of the long non-coding RNA transcriptome in a Rett syndrome mouse modelAuthors: Paolo Petazzi, Juan Sandoval, Karolina Szczesna, Olga C. Jorge, Laura Roa, Sergi Sayols, Antonio Gomez, Dori Huertas, and Manel EstellerJournal: RNA BiologyBibliometrics: Volume 10, Issue 7, pages 1197–1203DOI: 10.4161/rna.24286

The legend to Figure 2 on page 1199 in the article listed above failed to mention that some lanes were spliced out of the image. The updated legend is below:

Figure 2. Mecp2 is bound to the 5′-end genomic loci of the lncRNAs AK081227 and AK087060 in wild-type mouse brain and lost in Mecp2-null mice. Semiquantitative chromatin immunoprecitation assay for a fraction of the total DNA (5%) (input), an antibody anti-H3 total (IP control), an antibody anti-Mecp2 and a negative control (mouse IgG) on the 5′-end genomic loci of the lncRNAs Xist (A), AK081227 (B) and AK087060 (C). Note that it is a composite image with some lanes spliced out. The regions amplified by PCR were represented as straight lines.

The authors apologize for inconvenience.
