On page 765, the sentence “Radiation at any time during therapy (adjuvant or salvage) significantly influenced survival (median survival 17.8 mo vs 14 mo; P = .64)” should have read as follows:

Radiation at any time during therapy (adjuvant or salvage) did not significantly influence survival (median survival 17.8 mo vs 14 mo; P = .64).
