Differential motion over the respiratory cycle can be seen in the lower left and right pulmonary vein after alignment to the right atrial septum (top left). Maximum cardiac motion was approx. 1 cm in the right atrial septum (top right). Deformation modeling of respiratory (bottom left) and cardiac (bottom right) cycle was sufficient.
