Effect of recovery time on AS-activated 2DG uptake. L929 fibroblast cells were incubated at 37 °C for 10 min in DMEM media (5.5 mM glucose) supplemented with 5.0 mM AS. Ten-minute 2DG uptakes were then measured immediately or media were replaced with AS-free media and uptakes were measured after 5, 10, 25, or 50 min.
