(A) Chromosomal arms are shown with respect to the frequency of arm-level amplifications (X-axis) and deletions (Y-axis), respectively. As a frequency measure, Z score from GISTIC output is used. We report recurrent chromosomal arm gains and losses for those with Z score > 1. (B) Six focal deletions are shown as significantly (false discovery rate or FDR < 0.25) recurrent in ten ICC genomes. Selected cancer-related genes in focal peaks are shown at right.
