Dear Editor,

The recent article on plagiarism in dentistry is very interesting.1 As concluded, “sincere advice for all is to be Original and Truthful to Yourself1.” Indeed, the problem can be seen elsewhere and the management of the problem is the big issue. Plagiarism is an actual ethical problem and the plagiarist is usually the unethical person. It should be noted that not only the journal but also the other panels should take part in combating with plagiarism. The collaboration from all (journal, author, reader, institute, etc.) is needed.2, 3 The existed problem is partial due to the neglecting institute, which act nothing when a problem is reported.4 Additional, some unethical journal, predator journal, also support the plagiarism aiming at getting money only. The big issue at present should be (a) how to manage the problem, (b) how to set a good way to sanction the plagiarist and (c) how to sanction the problematic institute and predatory unethical journal.
