Neurite membranes, prepared from control DRG neurons (pLL, plenti) or DRG neurons knockdown for (shCadm3) or over-expressing (HA-Cadm3) Cadm3, were analyzed by quantitative Western blotting for the expression of type III Nrg1 and Cadm2, a ligand for Schwann cell Cadm4. pLL is the vector control for the shRNA data, whereas plenti is the vector control for the over-expression data. Data was normalized using TrkA as a neurite membrane marker. No significant changes were observed. Values represent the mean ± SEM from n = 3 independent experiments. Student’s t-test (n.s. = not significant).
