Abstract

In article 1600024, C. Lin, Z. Lin, and co‐workers review the recent impressive developments in plasmon‐mediated photocatalytic mechanisms, summarize a set of factors that largely affect plasmonic photocatalysis, and conclude with a perspective on future directions within this rich field of research. Plasmon‐mediated solar energy conversion via photocatalysis in noble metal/semiconductor composites is potentially useful for various types of photocatalysis.
