9×105 B16-OVA melanoma cells were injected intravenously in C57Bl/6J mice to establish the lung metastasis model. 3 days later, 100μg WH-OVA/OVA257-264/WH/GA-OVA or NS was injected s.c. with CpG ODN 1826 (30μg) weekly for three times, then the lungs were processed to count the metastasis loci, and the splenocytes were isolated and re-stimulated by OVA257-264 (10μg/mL) for 5 days.
