Errata: Enhanced resolution pulse-echo imaging with stabilized pulses

This article [J. Med. Imag. 3(2), 027003 (2016)] was originally published online on 22 June 2016 with an error on p. 4. Equation (30) in the published paper originally read:

$$H_f^{bG}(x;B,{\sigma }_0)=\frac{\sqrt{\frac{\pi }{2}}{f}_0\exp (-\frac{8x^2}{16{\sigma }_0^2+B^2{x}^2/\ln 2})\left[\mathrm{erf}\right(\frac{8\ln 2}{B\sqrt{\frac{B{x}^2}{2{\sigma }_0^2}+8\ln 2}})+1]}{\sqrt{\frac{x^2}{{\sigma }_0^2}+\frac{16\ln 2}{B^2}}}\mathrm{.}$$

A superscript was missing for $B$ under the square root in the error function. The correct equation should be:

$$H_f^{bG}(x;B,{\sigma }_0)=\frac{\sqrt{\frac{\pi }{2}}{f}_0\exp (-\frac{8x^2}{16{\sigma }_0^2+B^2{x}^2/\ln 2})\left[\mathrm{erf}\right(\frac{8\ln 2}{B\sqrt{\frac{B^2{x}^2}{2{\sigma }_0^2}+8\ln 2}})+1]}{\sqrt{\frac{x^2}{{\sigma }_0^2}+\frac{16\ln 2}{B^2}}}\mathrm{.}$$
