Adsorption of T4 phage on O157 LPS mutants. (A) E. coli mutants harboring pBAD33‐omp CK ‐12 were incubated in LB medium until the OD 600 reached 0.3, and arabinose was added to a final concentration of 0.2% for 30 min.
