Under “Data collection” the reverse primer code is denoted as: 5′‐AGTCTGGACCGAGCCCGC‐3′. This is the nucleotide sequence flanking the VNTR region, rather than the anti‐sense primer code. The correct reverse primer code targeting this area is: 5′‐GCGGGCTCGGTCCAGACT‐3′ (similar to the 6FAM labeled reverse primer).
