The authors note that Supplementary Table S1 appears incorrectly, in part. The table defines all the single‐nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in thiopurine methyltransferase relative to the positive chromosomal strand, with the exception of rs1800462, which was left on the negative chromosomal strand. In the corrected table all SNPs are now listed relative to the same positive chromosomal strand. The corrected table appears below. This error does not affect the conclusions of the article.
