Presence of tumor cells is indicated by T. 105 SSM2 cells were injected into the right tibia of WT female mice (n = 3/ group), one week after SHAM- or OVX- surgery. In addition to OVX, one group (n = 3/group) received aromatase inhibitor (AI) for 4 weeks. Representative TRAP staining is shown (original magnification, 10×. Scale bar = 100 μm).
