A single nucleotide substitution L858R, an exon 19 deletion (746-750) and the exon 20 insertion (V774insH) were modelled at levels of 0.01%, 0.05%, 0.1%, 0.5%, 1%, 5%, 10% and 50%. By Pearson correlation, there was a linear relationship between actual (Y-axis) and theoretical log₁₀ values (X-axis).
