Expression of corneal stromal ECM markers at the protein level. A- and R-SLATEs were imaged by immunofluorescence confocal microscopy and detection of A) collagen-I and keratocan, B) collagen-V and lumican, C) ALDH1 and decorin, D) CHST6 and αSMA, or E) ALDH3 and fibronectin was analyzed by tridimensional reconstruction of a 300 × 300 μm area from tissues.
