(A, B) CCK-8 assay indicated that the re-expression of RAP1B significantly reversed miR-28-5p-mediated inhibition of both A498 and ACHN cell growth. (C, D) The transwell migration assays demonstrated that miR-28-5p reduced approximately 30% of A498 and ACHN cell migration, and co-expression of RAP1B vector restored cell migration to the control level. (E) The wound-healing assay showed that re-expression of RAP1B significantly enhanced the cell motility of A498 cells.
