Normally cultured NRK-49F cells were treated with TGF-β 1 (2 ng/ml) in the presence of I-BET151 (0-5μM) for 36h A.. Then, cell lysates were prepared and subjected to immunoblot analysis with antibodies against α-SMA, collagen 1, fibronectin, and GAPDH. The levels of α-SMA B., fibronectin C. and collagen-1D. were quantified by densitometry and normalized with GAPDH. Values are the means ±SEM of at least three independent experiments. Bars with different letters (a-d) are significantly different from one another (p < 0.05).
