The following conditions for substrate hydrolysis were used: 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 8.0. All the reactions were at 37°C. The arrow (↓) indicates the cleaved peptide bonds determined by fragment identification by LC/MS. *Both cleavage sites were equally hydrolyzed at the PAR-1 peptide.
