A. LPS-primed BMDM cells were treated with Andrographolide (30 μM) with various OVA for 6 h, IL-1β levels in the supernatant were analyzed by ELISA. B. LPS-primed BMDM cells were treated with Andro (3, 10, 30 μM) with 40 μM OVA for 6 h, IL-1β levels in the supernatant were analyzed by ELISA. followed by 1 h incubation with 40 μM OVA. C. Protein levels of pro-CASP1, CASP1 p10, ASC and NRLP3 were determined by western blot. D. Proteins were isolated and immunoprecipitated with an antibody against ASC. E. BMDM cells were treated with Andro (30 μM) with 40 μM OVA for 6 h. Cells were analyzed by immunofluorescent cytochemistry (×100).
