A-B. Six NB cell lines (IMR-32, NGP, NB-19, SK-N-AS, SH-SY5Y, and LA-N-6) were starved for 16 hrs in serum-free medium before exposed to afatinib (10 μM) treatment for 1 hr. Then the cells were stimulated with or without 100 ng/ml hEGF for 10 min. Cells were then collected and subjected to SDS-PAGE, immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies, respectively. β-Actin was used as a loading control in all samples.
