The first HR is the crude effect followed by HR after adjustment entering covariates in a forward stepwise manner (LR): age, marriage, gender, income, education, tumor size, stage, grade, AFP, number of lesion, metastatic status, fibrosis, lymph node status, vascular invasion, and treatment.
