Two errors occurred in a Practice article published Feb. 27, 2017.1 The reference list was incorrect, and the correspondence information incorrectly included the email address julia.kfouri@sinaihealthsystems.ca, which should have been julia.kfouri@sinaihealthsystem.ca.
This has been corrected at cmaj.ca.
