In the article “Thyroid Testing during Pregnancy at an Academic Boston Area Medical Center” by Donny L. F. Chang, Angela M. Leung, Lewis E. Braverman, and Elizabeth N. Pearce (J Clin Endocrinol Metab 96:E1452–E1456, 2011), the authors report that a grant from the National Institutes of Health was mistakenly left out of the paper. The full grant information should read “This work was supported in part by a Boston University Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women's Health (BIRCWH) Grant, K12-HD43444 (to A.M.L.) and Grant K12-HD43444 (to A.M.L.).” The authors apologize for the oversight.
In the article “Pituitary Carcinoma: Difficult Diagnosis and Treatment” by Anthony P. Heaney (J Clin Endocrinol Metab 96:3649–3660, 2011), the author reports an error in one of the figures: Figure 1B and C are inversed, also, that the cerebello-pontine angle mass is marked twice on each figure, but the bony destruction of the odontoid process of the C2 cervical vertebra is not arrowed. The arrow in B should point to the bone area. The author apologizes for the error.
