Retraction

In the manuscript “Adipose Triglyceride Lipase Regulation of Skeletal Muscle Lipid Metabolism and Insulin Responsiveness,” by Matthew J. Watt, Bryce J. W. van Denderen, Laura A. Castelli, Clinton R. Bruce, Andrew J. Hoy, Edward W. Kraegen, Lance Macaulay, and Bruce E. Kemp (Molecular Endocrinology 22:1200–1212, 2008; doi: 10.1210/me.2007-0485), the co-authors conclude that false loading controls were provided for Fig. 1A, 1D, 1F, upper panel, and 1F lower panel; Fig. 2A; and Fig. 5C. The authors request a retraction of the article and apologize for not having detected this at the submission of the revised manuscript.
