(A) HPNE cells ectopically expressing V12C40 as well as pancreatic cancer MIA or DU145 cells were either co-infected with shRNA-PKC α/β or treated with GO6976. Subsequently, lysates were immunoprecipitated with anti-p73 antibody and then immunoblotted with the antibody recognizing the phosphorylated p73. The evenly loadings of the samples were normalized by re-probing the blot with anti-p73 antibody. (B and C) After the treatments, the cytosolic or nuclear fractions were isolated and immunoblotted for p73 expression. The evenly loadings were normalized by tubulin or Lam A.
