(A) HOXA11 protein expression in lung cancer cell lines. We marked the gray value on each WB band using ImageJ analyzing. (B) Re-expression of silenced HOXA11 mRNA was examined by qPCR in lung AD cell lines (95D and A549) after the treatment of the cells with 5-AZA-dC for 48 hrs. (C) Re-expression of silenced HOXA11 protein was detected by Western blot analysis in lung AD cell lines (95D and A549) after the treatment of the cells with 5-AZA-dC for 48 hrs. (**p < 0.001).
