Crenolanib treatment of an orthotopic IBC tumor. Orthotopic SUM149 tumors were established in female athymic nude mice and grown to ~200 mm3 in size. Mice were randomized to control and treatment groups, and Alzet micro-osmotic pumps were implanted subcutaneously, represented as day 1. Micropumps contained either crenolanib or DMSO vehicle, and treatment lasted 10 days (arrow). Mice were kept for an additional 4 days, and tumors were measured daily.
