100μM of C17:1 Δ10, C15:1Δ8, C15:1Δ10, C15:0, C17:1Δ8, C17:0 and 1μM, 10μM and 100μM of C13:0 were used. DMSO was used as a positive control. The sumoylation assay was performed with modified recombinant NEMO and a SUMOylation reaction mixture. Proteins were separated by SDS-PAGE and detected by Western blotting.
