Hepa1c1c7 cells were treated for 48 h with 0.1% DMSO (control), 1.5% Triton X-100 (positive control) or with indicated concentrations of silybin (SB), 2,3-dehydrosilybin (DHSB), silychristin (SC), 2,3-dehydrosilychristin (DHSC), silydianin (SD) or 2,3-dehydrosilydianin (DHSD). Cell viability was determined by MTT assay. Data are means ± standard deviation of three independent experiments. The table shows the results for the highest flavonolignan concentrations tested in the NQO1 assay.
