(C to J) A. oris cells were immobilized in nickel-carbon grids and labeled with anti-CafA antibodies, followed by labeling with anti-rabbit IgG antibodies conjugated to 18-nm gold particles. Samples were stained with 1% uranyl acetate and viewed by a transmission electron microscope. Scale bars indicate 0.5 µm.
