An error appeared in the Fall 2016 issue of the journal [Lesourd A, Leporrier J, Delbos V, et al. Antiretroviral Therapy as Prevention of...Pneumococcal Infections? Open Forum Infect Dis 2016; 3(4): doi: 10.193/ofid/ofw228]. The last sentence in the 5th paragraph under “Risk Factors for Pneumococcal Infection” should read: “Therefore, a pneumococcal vaccination appeared to be significantly protective, with an OR = .05, (95% CI, .02-.15; P < .001). Due to this change, the first sentence of the last paragraph of the discussion should read: “Finally, the pneumococcal vaccination coverage remained insufficient in this cohort of HIV-infected patients, despite a proven efficacy in the literature as well as in the current study (P,.001). In addition, the penultimate sentence in this section should be removed.
