The uncertainties on the fitted parameters were estimated from the data spread and from the uncertainty of the protein concentration determination (5%). A Kd range instead of a value is given where no sufficient saturation could be reached for the measurement conditions. Kd: dissociation constant in nM. N: number of sites.
