Human tissue microarrays (TMAs) containing 27 retinoblastoma tumors were stained with antibodies specific to p-AKT, Ki-67, p-FOXO1, and p-S6. Tumor stage is listed to the left of images. Serial sections were stained so the relative intensity could be compared, and representative images are shown for a range of p-Akt staining intensities.
