A. Schema for BEZ235 delivery to CHX-Cre⁺; Rb1^fl/fl; p107^−/−; Pten^fl/fl mice. These mice develop rapid (<30 day) bilateral retinoblastoma tumors. Vehicle or BEZ235 was delivered by oral gavage on post-natal days 2-6 and 22-26 and eyes were harvested at day 30. B. Eyes were fixed and analyzed for H&E and immunohistochemistry for TUNEL to detect apoptotic cells. Results are representative of analysis from 5 mice in each group. C.
