THP-1 differentiated macrophages were pretreated with indicated concentration of Btk inhibitors for 1 hour and then stimulated or not with LPS (1 μg/ml) for 10 minutes. Whole cell extracts were probed by Western blot for Btk, PLCγ2, ERK, p38, and JNK. β-actin is shown as a loading control. Results are representative of three similar experiments.
