Formula 2 of this manuscript should be

$$\text{Fraction of bound NADH = distance}\left(\text{intercept to blue}\right)/\text{distance}\left(\text{green to blue}\right)$$

Instead of the formula in the manuscript

$$\text{Fraction of free NADH = distance}\left(\text{intercept to blue}\right)/\text{distance}\left(\text{green to blue}\right)$$
