Following the publication of the article, the authors noticed the following error: In Table I, the dose of Ifosfamide in mini ICE regimen should be 1,000 mg/m2 instead of 2,000 mg/m2. This had occurred due to a typing error on behalf of the authors upon submission. Shown below is the new version of Table I:

Table I.

Mini and high-dose ifosfamide, carboplatin and etoposide (ICE) regimens.

Agents Dose Hours Days
Mini ICE
  Ifosfamide 1,000 mg/m2 d.i.v.   1 1–2
  Etoposide   150 mg/m2 d.i.v. 11 1–2
  Carboplatin   200 mg/m2 d.i.v.   1 1–2
  Etoposide   150 mg/m2 d.i.v. 11 1–2
High-dose ICE
  Ifosfamide 3,000 mg/m2 d.i.v.   1 1–4
  Etoposide   200 mg/m2 d.i.v. 11 1–3
  Carboplatin   300 mg/m2 d.i.v.   1 1–4
  Etoposide   200 mg/m2 d.i.v. 11 1–3

d.i.v., drip intravenous infusion.

In addition, the authors noted that the concentration unit of G-CSF mentioned on page 661 should be µg/kg/day instead of mg/m2/day or g/kg/day.
