In Figure 5D, showing the effect of SR45 mutation on the isoforms in the total, nuclear, and cytosolic RNA, the wrong panel was used for the “Cytosolic RNA” during manuscript revision. This panel was correct in our original submission, but while editing it during manuscript revision the wrong panel was inadvertently introduced. The corrected figure is presented below. This correction does not affect the figure legend, results, or any of the conclusions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to the readers.
Figure 5.
SR45 Regulates the Expression of Key Components of the ABA Signaling Network at the Postsplicing Level.
(D) The effect of SR45 mutation on the isoforms in the total, nuclear, and cytosolic RNA. The effect was measured by the abundance change of the transcripts in sr45 (Mu) relative to wild-type Col (Con): log2(Mu/Con)). The data points represent the average change of three replicates for total or isoform of each gene. A total of 18 data points from nine genes were used for each correlation assay.
