Highly Efficient Targeted Mutagenesis of Drosophila with the CRISPR/Cas9 System

In the Graphical Abstract and Figure 1A, the 5’ and 3’ ends of the DNA were mislabeled. The upper strand that hybridizes with the sgRNA should read 3’ to 5’, and the lower strand that contains the sequence equivalent to the target site and the PAM sequence should read 5’ to 3’.
