On page 307, in the paragraph after the equation, E_ij,prop and E_ij,add should be read as ɛ_ij,prop and ɛ_ij,add, respectively. On page 309, in Table 2, the unit for parameters θ₁ (Duration of zero‐order drug input in the gut, D1) and θ₉ (Linear coefficient for duration of zero order drug input in the gut under fed condition) should be “hr” instead of “nmol/hr”.
