Established human HCC cell lines (HepG2, Huh-7, BEL7402, and SMMC), the primary human HCC cells (“Pri-1/-2/-3”), as well as L02 hepatocytes (“L02”) and the primary human hepatocytes (“Hepatocytes”) were cultured in Kaempferol (5-100 μM)-containing medium for the indicated time. Cell survival was tested by CCK-8 assay (A, C-E) and colony formation assay (B, HepG2 cells). The data were presented as mean ± standard deviation (SD) (same for all figures). For each assay, n=5. “C” stands for untreated control group (Same for all figures). * p < 0.05 vs. “C” group. Experiments in this figure were repeated four times, and similar results were obtained.
