Volume 83, no. 10, p. 3918–3925, 2015, https://doi.org/10.1128/IAI.00803-15. Page 3922: Corrected panels for Fig. 3e and f should appear as shown below. The panels with possible duplication were the 0′ points for THP1 cells. This does not affect the results, since the 0′ point was added just to show the basal level of p38 and CREB expression. The important data are the modification in phosphorylation of p38 and CREB after N-(3-oxododecanoyl)-l-homoserine lactone treatment for 15 and 30 min, and this was confirmed by immunofluorescence and Western blot analysis.
