Mean (± SEM) values for each LH parameter—(A), frequency; (B), interpulse interval; (C), pulse amplitude; (D), mean LH; (E), basal LH—were calculated across the pre and post periods and analyzed by two-way repeated measures ANOVA with Tukey post hoc testing to determine stress effects. Note: Two stress animals did not show pulses during the stress period and were not included in the assessment of LH pulse amplitude.
