(A) HepG2 cells were treated with andrographolide from 100 to 1600 nM for 48 h. The growth inhibition rate was measured by MTT assay. (B) The cells were treated with As₂O₃ or As₂O₃ plus andrographolide at indicated time point. (C) The cells were treated with indicated treatment for 48 h and morphological changes were visualized using a light microscope at 200 × magnification. Each experiment was repeated independently more than three times.
