The results of mRNA and lncRNA microarray done in 3 pairs of HCC and their adjacent noncancerous tissue were analyzed by Spearman's correlation test. mRNAs closely correlated with lncRNA-SVUGP2 were first selected (p < 0.05). Among these candidate mRNAs, 13 mRNAs were dramatically (Fold change > 5) and significantly (P-value < 0.01) dysregulated in HCC.
