Effect of a specific FOXO6 siRNA on the growth of the human breast cell lines MDA-MB-468 and HCC-38 (A) Effect of FOXO6 siRNA on the expressions of FOXO6 and cleaved PARP (marker of apoptosis). MDA-MB-468 cells were transfected with control siRNA or FOXO6 siRNA as indicated. Six days after transfection, the expressions of FOXO6, cleaved PARP, and GAPDH (loading control) were determined by Western blot. (BD) Effect of FOXO6 siRNA on cell growth. MDA-MB-468 cells were transfected with control siRNA or FOXO6 siRNA as indicated. The viable cell count was determined two and four days after transfection (B).
