During article production, the co-author Meredith Vandermeer, MPH (Center for Health Research, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Portland, OR, United States) was omitted from the list of authors in the paper “Meaningful Use of Electronic Health Records: Experiences From the Field and Future Opportunities” (JMIR Med Inform 2015;3(3):e30). The author Vandermeer should have been added after Stephen P Fortmann in the original published manuscript. This error has been corrected in the online version of the paper on the JMIR Med Inform website on Sept 25, 2015, together with publishing this correction notice. This was done before submission to PubMed Central and other full-text repositories. This correction notice has been submitted to PubMed and the metadata has been resubmitted to CrossRef with publishing this correction notice.
